Standard Booking , Reservations and Travel Conditions

For Residents and Congolese, a minimum deposit of 20% of the price is required at the time of booking, and the balance not later than 40 days prior to the departure of the tour.
For Overseas’ bookings and Non Residents of D.R.C, payment should be in hard currency, in US dollars only.
Residents pay in local currency at the rate of exchange applicable at the time of payment. The company reserves the right to withhold all or part of the service (at it’ sole discretion) if payment is not received in accordance with the above conditions.

Full payment is due at the time of booking for reservations made within 40 days prior to the commencement of tour services.
If you choose to modify the arrangements after the commencement of the tour i.e. change accommodation or the duration of your stay, the Company can accept no liability for any loss, or additional expense, and no refunds will be made.
Should you wish to cancel your confirmed booking, you must advice the Company in writing. The following charges will apply from the date on which the Company receives written notification:

  • More than 40 days prior to departure: 20%
  • 22-40 days prior to departure: 30%
  • 15-21 days prior to departure: 50%
  • 02-14 Days prior to departure:75%
  • Within 48 hours and after commencement of the holiday: 100%

Once the holiday has commenced no refund will be made. The figures expressed are percentages of the total tour price.
We also offer complete Air and Land arrangements in Goma. We can also arrange car hire, game visits upon request, actually we offer programs for one and/or five days excursions in Goma, Nothern Kivu , Bukavu, Southern Kivu. Arrival and departure formalities for all of your clients' needs.

Accomodations and Transport

Demand for safaris is very high has led to a shortage of lodge/hotel accommodation. All bookings will be confirmed, but on occasions, changes may be necessary. Hotels/lodges/camps where specially named are given as an indication of the category, and rooms may be reserved at similar hotels/lodges/camps. We undertake to advise you of any changes known to us prior to departure, but the possibility of change without notice, must be accepted when booking.
Whenever possible we book rooms with private baths/showers throughout on the basis of two persons sharing a double room. Single rooms are available at supplementary cost but neither single rooms nor rooms with private bath/shower can be guaranteed.
Safari minibuses, cars, four wheel drive vehicles or coaches will be provided according to the route and number of participants. The right is reserved to employ the services of subcontractors. French and English speaking chauffeur /guides are provided upon request.
Occasional mechanical problems, changes of lodge or adverse road conditions may in turn lead to a change of routing or game viewing without prior notice being given. We reserve the right therefore to offer substitutes of equal value or to cancel the operation of any tour.
In practice very few itineraries are affected but a little flexibility, on your part, will ensure that your tour is unique and rewarding.


Prices are based on fares and other costs prevailing at the time of publication of the price lists, and are subject to change without notice if fares or costs subsequently vary. We reserve the right to decline or retain any person as a member on any tour at any time, in which event an equitable amount will be refunded
If there is anything else which you would like to know, please do not hesitate to contact us as soon as possible. Note that:Descriptions of accommodation facilities and services are shown in good faith, it is however possible that certain facilities or services may be unavailable or limited due to maintenance, adverse weather, local conditions, seasonal restrictions etc.
The Company cannot accept responsibility for any further information, either confirmed verbally by its staff or representatives, unless subsequently reconfirmed in writing by the Agency.


  • (The Company is insured against legal liabilities arising from any injuries which might be received by passengers while in it’s vehicles.
  • The Company and it’s agents act only as agents of the passenger in all matters relating to hotel accommodation, sightseeing, tour and transport, whether by aircraft, motor coach, ferry, speed boat, or any howsoever except when the passenger is being carried in transport owned by the Company.
  • The Company’s liability to passengers carried in it’s own vehicle is governed by the laws of respective country in which services are provided and no other country and all claims are subject to jurisdiction of the courts of the respective country in which services are provided.
  • The Company reserves the right to employ sub-contractors to carry out all or part of the services agreed to be supplied and in the event of the exercise of such right the terms to clause
  • relating to the Company’s liability shall apply.
  • Whilst every care is taken, The Company cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of baggage. It is therefore advisable to affect a separate baggage insurance.

In the event that a claim is made against the Travel Agent or Tour Operator in respect of any loss or damage occasioned by the breach of contract, negligence or other fault to the Company, the Company shall be liable to indemnify the Travel Agent or Tour Operator (as the case may be) in the courts of the country in which services were provided if the Travel Agent or Tour Operator (as the case may be) had submitted jurisdiction of the said courts.
